With account receivables we will customize your invoices which will present a professional look to your clients. Then we will send out your invoices either by U.S. mail, fax or email.
With account payables we will enter your bills into QuickBooks and schedule the payments for you. Bills will never get lost in the shuffle again. We will print the checks and mail them to you for your signature or set it up for on line payment. Your payables will be performed on time every time avoiding late fees and penalties.
With reconciliations, we will make sure that the bank statements matches up with the QuickBooks register. This confirms that all data entry was performed properly. This keeps an eye on bank transaction and fees.
When you need to provide statements to your Certified Public Accountant, but don't need all the information sent, Bookkeepers of America can customize your reports to read exactly what the CPA requires saving you more money.
Do you run payroll for yourself or employees? We can do that for you! Bookkeepers of America will print payroll checks and forward them to you for signature. They can also be set up as wire transfers. We will do all reporting, 940's and 941's, as specified by the Internal Revenue Service. Payments can be set up to pay the IRS via EFTPS (The system in which we pay payroll liabilities). The quarterly reports will be generated and sent to you via mail.
Bookkeepers of America can handle your sales tax and and payroll taxes. We do not perform Federal Taxes. We will work hand in hand with your CPA to make sure that all information is available and presented in a timely manner.
We are available to assist you in setting up your QuickBooks file. If you prefer to work on your file through the month and have use check it once a month, we can perform that service too. We can perform the reconciliation and run reports to make sure all entries are where they are suppose to be so your books will be current and accurate.
